Real Estate Strategic Plans Help Boost Business

A Florida homebuilder, Scott Buescher is an award-winning professional whose industry experience spans more than three decades. As the owner and president of Mercedes Homes, Scott Buescher has overseen the formulation and implementation of the Florida company’s real estate strategic plans.

A real estate strategic plan is a key document that is created through the collaboration of various stakeholders tasked with managing business operations. It is vital for real estate businesses to give a comprehensive view of the current state of the business in order to facilitate the planning and implementation of key action plans with an aim of boosting growth and operations. Some of the issues a real estate strategic plan should have include giving an overview of a business and how it performed in the previous year in terms of successful leads and managing industry competition.

In addition, a strategic plan should give a detailed account of the current condition of the business and identify factors that contribute to the present state of a business. With this information, it becomes easier to identify both opportunities and threats that hinder a business from achieving its objectives.

Top Design Trends in Luxury Home Building in Florida

A resident of Melbourne, Florida, Scott Buescher is the COO of Mercedes Homes and Vintage Estate Homes, a home building company that he co-founded and has served since 1982. While working with the organization, Scott Buescher has grown the business substantially to become the second-largest private builder in America.

Homebuilding designs are consistently evolving and improving by incorporating new technologies and features. Some of the most recent design trends in the luxury home building industry in Florida are described below.

Sustainable home designs are more prevalent than ever in Florida’s upscale homes as environmental awareness increases, especially in the state’s coastal areas. Eco-conscious building resources including the use of sustainable materials and green energy are becoming more common in new home construction, although these features do cost more than less sustainable materials.

Smart home designs are increasingly popular in Florida luxury homes and intended to simplify life and modernize homes. Technologies such as biometric door knobs that read your thumbprint before unlocking the door and automated lighting and climate control are examples of recently trending smart home features.

Although many new luxury homes in Florida are being built to conserve privacy, they are also being designed to incorporate open views. Features of homes with open view designs include larger windows to maximize sunlight and natural living spaces that enable homeowners to be a part of nature while remaining comfortable.
